Partner Jay McClendon has been practicing law with Weaver, McClendon & Penrod in his hometown of Lake Wales since 2000. Jay's practice areas include bankruptcy, guardianship, business law, and commercial and real estate litigation. Jay serves as the secretary of the Lake Wales Main Street Organization, an organization dedicated to the revitalization of historic downtown Lake Wales, FL. The father of five and active in his church, when he finds spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, skiing, and playing golf.
